Free domestic shipping on orders over £25 or £100 for international orders (maximum £200). Discount is automatically applied at the payment stage of checkout.

*International shipping is currently available for the USA. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to send items to Europe due to new packaging and safety laws that simply aren't viable for my business. Customers based in other areas of the world may contact me for shipping rates, or alternatively visit my Etsy shop.
Prices are calculated automatically at checkout. If you think you've been overcharged then don't hesitate to contact me as I can usually combine multiple orders into one package.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All orders are sent with Royal Mail. For larger shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery.

For domestic orders, prices are calculated at checkout and start from £1.50 for small items and £2.95 for packages.

  • Standard: 2-3 business days
  • First Class: 1-2 business days
  • Express: 1 day (*applies to transit time only, although I endeavour to dispatch items as quickly as possible)

Please be sure to check tracking updates via Royal Mail track and trace. Where delivery has been attempted, a card will usually be left with options for redelivery or collection from your local depot. In the event that you haven't received a card the quickest way to locate a package is to check tracking information.

International orders are sent via tracked airmail, you will receive a reference number in your dispatch email. Tracking is available on the Royal Mail track and trace website until it leaves the UK, after which you must refer to your local postal service such as USPS. Items of a high value may be automatically upgraded to a signed for service, please check tracking updates to see when your item is likely to arrive.

  • Europe: 1-2 weeks
  • USA/Rest of the world: 1-4 weeks

Express delivery is unavailable for international orders, but please contact me if you need your item urgently and I'll do my best to speed up the process. The dates shown above are estimates only, as advised on the Royal Mail website. Actual transit times may vary due to various factors such as holidays and busy seasons. I am not responsible for any postal delays but do let me know if you haven't received your item.

***The time it takes me to prepare your item is usually 1-3 business days after payment has been received, but in made-to-order cases this may be longer. Crowns and headpieces can take up to one week, depending on demand. You will be notified by email as soon as your package is in transit***

 

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. I recommend that you use a tracked/signed for service as I am not responsible for loss or damage of items in transit. You must return the item within 7 days after the request has been approved.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from the refund policy, including but not limited to custom products (personalised/made to order items) and jewellery for hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Where an item is deemed to be faulty or incorrect, return postage will also be reimbursed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where the item is unwanted or in change of mind circumstances. To be eligible for a refund you must return items within the 7 day policy period following correspondence with me. 

I reserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet this policy or was not authorised and confirmed via email prior to receipt.

 

Damages and Issues

Please contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that I can resolve the issue. Where damages are present, you must provide photographic evidence of the item, packaging and exterior shipping label. Items that have clearly been mistreated by the customer or where appropriate care instructions have not been followed may not be returned or refunded.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible so I can start the process in the event that the item has not been shipped. If a shipping label has already been printed and paid for, I can refund the cost of the order excluding postage.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct address and contact details. Where an item is returned to me following incorrect submissions, additional shipping charges will apply if goods are to be resent. This is not a valid reason for a cancellation or refund once returned to me by Royal Mail.

 

International Sales, Customs, Taxes and Fees

I am not liable for any orders held at customs, import taxes or fees. Customers should be aware of any potential additional fees according to their country or state. If a package is returned to me due to being unclaimed or any other failed delivery attempt, there will be a charge for the item to be resent. Customers are advised to check all tracking updates as provided by the carrier.

Items are shipped on a DDU (delivered duties unpaid) basis: this means that no taxes are collected at checkout and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for any of the destination country's customs charges, duties or taxes if applicable.
