When will I receive my order?
All information regarding delivery and/or processing times can be found in the Delivery & Returns Policy. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe or you have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
Do you ship worldwide?
Calculated shipping is available for residents of the UK and USA and will be applied automatically at checkout. Customers based in other areas of Europe/rest of the world may contact me for prices, or alternatively you can visit my eBay shop where global shipping is enabled.
Payment
What payment methods can I use and is it safe?
I use PayPal as my secure payment provider which means I NEVER see your card details. You don't need a PayPal account, you can pay via credit or debit card and are covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection. The "Pay Later" option is available for eligible customers if you need to split your payment.
Other payment methods include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and others.
Klarna and Afterplay/Clearpay are available for eligible customers. Buy now, pay later is often preferred for large purchases as it allows you to pay in installments, rather than covering the total cost upfront. I DO NOT set the requirements - everything is managed by the individual payment services.
How do I pay for custom orders?
For minor changes to an existing product, you can usually purchase as normal once the alterations have been approved. If there are extra costs involved, such as materials and labour, I will send you a PayPal invoice with the new product details and adjusted amount. You can pay this directly from the email and keep it as your receipt.
For custom orders that are designed completely from scratch, you'll be required to pay a 50% deposit (non-refundable) via PayPal invoice. This is to secure your product and cover any extra materials that need to be bought in. Once the item has been made and you're happy with it, another invoice will be sent for the outstanding balance. You'll receive further details on when to expect your piece of magic - usually within a few days!
*Custom orders are non-returnable/non-refundable, but should you encounter any problems with your item, please contact me for a resolution.
Product and Store Information
Are your products available to purchase anywhere else?
I have stores on Etsy and eBay ONLY. Unfortunately, many artists get their photos stolen and used by other sellers, who will send you a low-quality replica. Most items are handmade by myself at Little Moon Tree, so if you see my products on any website other than those mentioned then it is a scam. If you suspect a shop or item isn't genuine then you can either let me know or contact me to be sure!
Do you use genuine crystals?
Yes! All of my crystals are natural, with the exception of manmade stones such as goldstone and opalite. Some of my headpieces are made with dyed or titanium-coated crystals.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely. If it fits in with my vision then I can create anything with the supplies I have available, as well as making minor alterations (e.g., changing silver wire wrapping to gold). Refer to the custom crowns page for more information.
I also do custom repaints, you can view the gallery for inspiration on the kind of products and styles I take on.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not currently, but all items are lovingly wrapped and sent in tissue paper at no extra charge. This makes them perfect for gift giving, just add your gift message in the notes at checkout!
How do I care for crystal jewellery/crowns?
All jewellery is made using quality tarnish-resistant wire. To keep your jewellery in good condition, it's best to avoid contact with water, perfumes, sprays and cosmetics. Keep in a bag or jewellery box when not in use and, if necessary, use a silica gel pack which is great for absorbing moisture.
Stones used for crowns have drilled bases with wire threaded through the holes to attach to a headband, but they're still fragile and heavy in some cases. Please use bobby pins (provided free with every order!) to secure to the head and prevent slipping, potentially damaging the piece. Any rough or sharp edges are filed down for as much comfort as possible, but if you feel some discomfort then it may be helpful to wear a fabric headband underneath.
